• Members are over 21, single, divorced, permanently separated or widowed.
• All new members will provide proof of identity and residency at time of interview

• Fee is payable at time of interview and is non-refundable

As defined in the customer protection regulations 2000, you may cancel your membership by providing us with written notice within 7 days from date of interview. Within 30 days of your notice we will refund your fee, less the following deductions, £100 for face to face meetings (home interview) and £50 for telephone interview, plus a further £25 if your profile has already been produced. No refunds given after expiration of 7 day period.

• The agency does not accept liability for any inappropriate behaviour by members and reserves the right to cancel membership without refund of fees paid.
• The number of introductions cannot be guaranteed
• All information provided by clients is held in strictest confidence and regulated by the data Protection Act 1998.Data Protection registration number Z9269330( certificate available for inspection on request)
• Whilst our members have been vetted, it is the responsibility of the individual member to take the advice given by the agency at time of joining.
• When telephone numbers are given out to consenting clients then this is deemed an introduction, we cannot guarantee that an introduction will result in a meeting or that members will form lasting relationships.
